Also, Sims BBQ catered the memorial service for my father. On a super tough, emotional day Ron made everything absolutely perfect. Food was delicious and all enjoyed. There are not enough adjectives to describe Sim's Bar B Que. The first ones that come to mind are, professional, magnificent, and delicious. When you hire Sim's you can relax and know that you are in for a fantastic treat. To say that Ron takes his business and his food seriously is and understatement. You shouldn't take my word for it try it for yourself. We have had Sim's caterer an event and smoke our Thanksgiving turkey. Wonderful both times!!

Ordered a deep fried turkey from Ron for Thanksgiving! Picked it up at their location in San Jose! The turkey was delicious, fresh and so juicy even when served hours later. Highly recommend Sim's BBQ and will absolutely be ordering from them again.
