Catering Policies
1. Minimum number of individuals to be served:
– Onsite preparation and serving: 50
– Offsite preparation and delivery: 10
2. When the event is scheduled, a Fifty Percent (50%) deposit is required at that time.
3. Balance is due on the day of the event unless negotiated prior.
4. Overdue balances will be assessed a late charge of 1% per month.
5. Cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to the event will incur a service charge that equals 50% of the total cost. Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will incur a service charge equal to the total cost of the event.
6. A service charge will be added to all returned checks.
7. Along with an invoice, a survey will be sent requesting comments about the event.
