Absolutely only good things to say Abt Sims BBQ. Had a smoked turkey that was utterly amazing. Told my family we can't do it any other way for the holidays. Delicious flavor and hella tender. Also, Sims BBQ catered the memorial service for my father. On a super tough, emotional day Ron made everything absolutely perfect. Food was delicious and all enjoyed. Ordered and picked up deep fried turkey and cornbread muffins for Thanksgiving dinner. As always great food and service. If eating turkey for Thanksgiving it will always from Ron at Sims BBQ. Super friendly and people. Oh don't forget about the ribs! Legit, smokey and great bbq sauce.

There are not enough adjectives to describe Sim's Bar B Que. The first ones that come to mind are, professional, magnificent, and delicious. When you hire Sim's you can relax and know that you are in for a fantastic treat. To say that Ron takes his business and his food seriously is and understatement. You shouldn't take my word for it try it for yourself. We have had Sim's caterer an event and smoke our Thanksgiving turkey. Wonderful both times!!

Ordered a deep fried turkey from Ron for Thanksgiving! Picked it up at their location in San Jose! The turkey was delicious, fresh and so juicy even when served hours later. Highly recommend Sim's BBQ and will absolutely be ordering from them again.
